In the recent history, there have been records of "aliens" from another world appearing in Lorthim with the help of a certain god. These "aliens" would either appear in Lorthim through transportation or possess a newborn denizen of Lorthim through reincarnation. And often the case, chaos ensues wherever they go. Mountains and landscapes have been destroyed by their recklessness, nations and societies have been disrupted by their selfishness, and innocent lives have been taken and ruined due to their arrogance.

These "aliens", also known as Otherworlders, are therefore declared as a threat to Lorthim unless stated otherwise.

To combat against the threat of these Otherworlders, the Inquisitorium was formed.
Their purpose is to observe, judge and deport all Otherworlders that are deemed as a threat and ultimately end the operation of the god who smuggled them into Lorthim.
