Aphyr was just average commonfolk. Work, cold, eat, work, starve, sleep, work again. Sometimes a bit of robbing, sometimes a bit of helping others. Until on of her thefts goes a little to far and some medic fails to save the robed.
Faced with either gallows or a colonisation ship she is sent to the edge of outer space.
